Spent my Xmas with my family at this peaceful hideaway. The location was breathtaking, surrounded by picturesque farms and lush gardens. There were suites that felt comfortable for families and regular rooms that were adequate for individuals. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The rustic architecture added charm to the atmosphere, we felt taken back in time. We were served with the typical Ecuadorian dishes for dinner that were delicious. Breakfast was great too!
There was no Wi-Fi in the rooms, which was disappointing. Also, the hotel was somewhat isolated and without a car, it was difficult to access or travel around. We couldn't find many options to dine out for dinner, and the dining hall was often cold, making it difficult to enjoy the meals.

The location of the hotel between farms was picturesque, and the surrounding landscape was stunning. the rooms were spotless and beautifully decorated with a hint of authenticity. the staff was friendly, arranged for a driver to take us to the Incan ruins, and even though we were the only guests, we could dine if we ordered in advance.
The dining hall was freezing and lacked any heating. the lady cooking had no sense of hospitality, so no drinks, desserts, coffee.

My xmas stay was unforgettable! the hotel's location was perfect, right in the heart of the peaceful countryside. the hotel offered amazing Ecuadorian cuisine, served by welcoming and friendly staff with a cozy atmosphere. the beautiful gardens were perfect for relaxing and enjoying a day in nature. I loved that we were able to BYOB and sit outside under the stars with a peaceful ambiance.
The hotel was quite isolated. It was a bit of a challenge to find the hotel without a car, and we were unable to travel to nearby towns for additional activities.
